How to Add Team Members (and What They Can Do)

Working with a team? You can easily add colleagues, family, or committee members to your Bold.org donor account.

✅ How to Add Team Members

  1. Login to your Donor Dashboard : bold.org/donors/dashboard

  2. Navigate to this Settings link: bold.org/settings/manage-team

  3. Enter their name, email, and choose a role:

    • Admin – Full access (except owner settings)

    • Manager – Can create proposals, select finalists, and fund scholarships (can’t pick winners or manage funds)

⭐ Reviewing Applications

Team members can view applicants and each other’s notes.

However, there’s only one shared star rating per applicant.

If one of you rates someone 5 stars, that rating appears for the whole team.

👤 Donor Contact

The original donor remains our main point of contact and gets all key updates — unless you tell us otherwise.

  • If they already have a donor account, email donors@bold.org and we’ll help sort it out.

  • Trouble with the invite link? Try Reset Password first, or reach out to us directly.
