✅ How to Add Team Members
Login to your Donor Dashboard : bold.org/donors/dashboard
Navigate to this Settings link: bold.org/settings/manage-team
Enter their name, email, and choose a role:
Admin – Full access (except owner settings)
Manager – Can create proposals, select finalists, and fund scholarships (can’t pick winners or manage funds)
⭐ Reviewing Applications
Team members can view applicants and each other’s notes.
However, there’s only one shared star rating per applicant.
If one of you rates someone 5 stars, that rating appears for the whole team.
👤 Donor Contact
The original donor remains our main point of contact and gets all key updates — unless you tell us otherwise.
