What Is My Winners?

The My Winners tab is your central hub for tracking every scholarship recipient and finalist. From here, you can follow each award from selection through disbursement, view thank-you notes and videos from winners, and share your impact with your community.

You'll find My Winners in the navigation bar at the top of your Donor Dashboard.

How to Access My Winners

Log in to your Bold.org donor account
Click My Winners in the top navigation bar, or go directly to app.bold.org/donors/winners

Once your first scholarship selects a recipient, they'll appear here automatically.

Your Award Summary

At the top of the page, a summary banner shows your total impact — including the total amount you've awarded and the number of winners across all your scholarships.

Viewing Your Winners and Finalists

Winners and finalists are grouped by scholarship, with each section showing the scholarship name and announcement date. For each student, you'll see:

Student name and profile photo — click to view their full Bold.org profile
Location and school
Award amount (for winners)
Award status (for winners) — see below for details
Thank-you note — if the student has submitted one, it appears below their information

Finalists are displayed with a Finalist badge. Winners show a winner badge alongside their award details.

Understanding Award Statuses

Each winner has an award status that tracks where the disbursement process stands. You can hover over the status pill next to a winner's award amount for a detailed explanation.

Open

The winner has been selected and notified. The Bold team is currently confirming the student's eligibility and collecting required documentation. Students have 21 days to accept their award. Once the student accepts and all required information is received, disbursement begins. If there are any delays or issues, the team will contact you directly.

In Progress

The student has accepted the award and disbursement is now being processed. Timelines vary depending on the payment method and the student's institution. Some schools require payment by mailed check (typically 4–6 weeks), while direct ACH payments are completed more quickly. You'll be kept updated as the disbursement progresses.

Complete

The award has been successfully disbursed. No further action is required. Thank you for supporting this student's education.

Filtering and Searching

The toolbar at the top of your winners list lets you narrow down results:

Search — filter by student name, scholarship name, or keywords in thank-you notes
Scholarship filter — select one or more specific scholarships to view
Year filter — filter winners by announcement year
Finalists toggle — show or hide finalists alongside your winners
Sort — sort by newest or oldest announcement date

Active filters appear as chips below the toolbar. Click any chip to remove it, or use Reset to clear all filters.

Thank-You Notes and Profile Visibility

When students submit thank-you notes or videos, they appear on each winner's entry. If the student set the option for a thank-you not to be public, you can control whether these notes appear on your public donor profile:

Public — thank-you notes are visible on your public donor profile for others to see
Private — thank-you notes are only visible to you in the My Winners tab

Use the visibility dropdown near the top of the page to change this setting for all notes at once.

Sharing Your Impact

Click Share with your community to share your donor profile and showcase the students you've supported. This opens a sharing modal where you can copy your profile link to post on social media, email, or anywhere you'd like to highlight your impact.
