How to Request Help With a Donation on Bold.org

All donations on Bold.org are processed through the Bold Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Because these gifts are tax-deductible charitable contributions, they are generally final and cannot be refunded.

If you believe you were charged twice or encountered a transaction error, our team can review the issue.

Please contact donors@bold.org with your transaction details (date, amount, and the scholarship or fund you contributed to), or simply reply to your donation receipt or pending-donation email. We’ll investigate and follow up as quickly as possible.
