Step 1: Send Us Your Invoice Information

Email us at donors@bold.org with the following details to request an invoice:

  • Full Name or Organization Name: The name you’d like the invoice addressed to.

  • Scholarship or Fund Name: Specify the scholarship or fund you want to support.

  • Donation Amount: The amount you plan to donate.

  • Payment Method: Indicate whether you’ll be donating via check or wire transfer.

  • Mailing Address: Provide the address where you’d like the invoice sent, if necessary.

  • Email Address: Confirm the email address where you'd like to receive the invoice.

  • Anonymous Donation: If you'd prefer your donation to remain anonymous, please indicate this in your message.

  • Optional Display Name: If not anonymous, share how you’d like your name to appear (organization, family, or individual name).

  • Optional Message of Support: Feel free to include any additional comments or words of encouragement you'd like displayed on the scholarship or fund page.

  • Optional Additional Donation to the Bold Foundation: Let us know if any portion of your donation should be directed towards the Bold Foundation to support the behind-the-scenes work of Bold.org.

Step 2: Receive Your Invoice

Once we have your information, our team will generate an invoice and send it to your email (or mailing address, if requested) within 2-3 business days.

Step 3: Complete Your Donation

After receiving the invoice, you can complete your donation by following the wire transfer instructions.

💡Did You Know?

When making a scholarship or fund contribution by invoice, you may also choose to include an optional, tax-deductible donation to the Bold Foundation. This separate donation helps support the behind-the-scenes work that keeps Bold.org free for every student. While completely optional, many donors find it meaningful to contribute to the broader mission in addition to their specific scholarship.
